Requirements for hosting a charity fundraiser
If you are planning a Fundrasing event with casino gaming tables you must first get a license with the State of California Attorney General's Office (Bureau of Gambling Control). The applicant must provide a copy of a certificate of determination of exemptions under sections 23701a, 23701b, 23701d, 23701e, 23701f, 23701g, 23701k, 23701l, or 23701w of the Revenue and Taxation Code.
